Allison Myers
OWNER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Allison’s first design project was her own home: an historic 1902 Snohomish farmhouse. It was an inspiring experience to make the former bed-and-breakfast turned single family home into a more functional space, while maintaining and amplifying its charm.
After a successful career as a Starbucks’ graphic designer, Allison made the decision to shift her focus to interior spaces. That same year, she helped design a friend’s new build and the experience confirmed she’d found her true calling. These foundational experiences ensure Allison considers the function of a space first, then designs for beauty and style.

Leah Norris
PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Leah's management and organizational skills come from her background in television production and management. After managing a cable television show and working as a secretary for special services in Snohomish School District–in addition to raising 3 sons–she has learned the importance of building systems and tracking details. Leah delights in a good spreadsheet! She serves our clients by smoothly managing their product procurement and invoicing, helping ensure that their projects run efficiently.
Leah's eye for clean lines goes beyond spreadsheets; she also is a talented woodworker. She enjoys designing and refinishing built-in cabinetry as a hobby. Her organizational gifts and creativity support every project that Allison Myers Design takes on, providing clients with a harmonious design experience.

Leah Burris
3D DESIGNER
Leah enhances our design process with 3D drawings of our projects-- although her talents go far beyond her renderings! After completing a degree in Interior Design in Arizona, Leah worked for a design firm in Scottsdale, designing custom homes from the ground up. She's also worked as an interior designer and home stager at a construction company nearby in Bellevue, lending staging expertise that she gathered working as realtor in Colorado and Washington. Her creativity runs deep and she loves investing time in activities that keep her creative juices flowing: watercolor painting, singing, yoga, and crafting with her kids!
Life with her husband and two young sons has brought Leah from Arizona, to St. John USVI, to Colorado, and now back to her hometown in the Pacific Northwest. Leah is passionate about helping people fall in love with their homes, and that passion informs everything she does for our clients!
